- 14-Day Return Period: You have the right to return non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with distant selling regulations. You must inform us within 1 day of receiving the item and return to us within 14 days
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Return Authorisation: Please contact our customer service team at enquiries@poshkitty.co.uk to obtain authorization for the return. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-perishable items. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure the safe return of the items.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process a refund for the cost of the items. Please allow 14 for the refund to be reflected in your account.

- Refunds for both perishable and non-perishable items will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
